Would Someone Please...

Tell my crepe myrtles that it's FALL!

The trees down my drive have bloomed.  Is there some confusion as to what season we just entered?

So my Fall colors look like this right now.

Don't have any browns, golds, oranges, or dark reds.  Just green and pink.  Something not quite right about that!

I've heard that's due to the hard summer we had. Now it's like spring after winter :)

We have a pear tree in full bloom and the oaks are budding...Someone forgot to tell them it is fall.

They are lovely, even if they are cornfuzed! My burning bushes are just beginning to turn, but we'd had a couple frost so things should be colorin' up nicely here soon!

Well... they sure are pretty though, so I think I'd just enjoy the show while it lasts!!

Wow, I wanted to know what a crepe myrtle looked like. They are gorgeous. It must have bloomed just so I could see it. I showed my cowboy and he said: "I want to live there."

"All those sparkly Texas nights and fast Texas ponies and wild flowers the make God himself look down and say: ' Oh my, isn't that pretty? ''

That's what I always thought Texas was like. I just didn't know a cute little girl I'd really like lived there.

Love the color, even if they are confused.

Well at least that's better than everything dry and dead, right? And you've got another week of a free table centerpiece!

Gotta love the new life Fall breaths in to things just before things turn golden. It's always like a renewed sense of hope for me!
