Sunday Buckin'

We spent our Sunday at a good friend's house watchin' him buck his young bulls and heifers.  Nothing better on a beautiful day!

If we could have a pasture full of guys and girls like these, we'd be ecstatic!!  But I guess this is why our friend is one of the best stock breeders around.

Love the 2nd shot, the bull is looking at you like he's saying "I'm doing a handstand, did you get it?" LOL

There is just no way a cowboy can ride those verticals! Is there?

I was gonna say, those are some serious buckers! Yeah, how does a cowboy ride something like that?

Wish I could do those kind of hand stands ;)

Wow. I'd be afraid they'd go right on over or something.
Still, I guess it looks good for the rodeo season. :)

The weather is so fine, it seemed that the bulls were enjoying themselves to think that its kinda dangerous its not quite entertaining and interesting.

Totally incredible shots! Absolutley amazing those animals can get that vertical. Makes you appreciate their beauty on the ground even more.

I don't know anything about this, but what's the thing on their backs?

As big as those suckers are it is amazing how verticle they can get.

That is amazing. I never really thought about where the bucking stock comes from until I began seeing the competitions on TV. It just never occured to me I guess that they were actual breeding them to buck like that. Makes sense though and I'll be there's big money in it for the breeders of the best too.
