The Out Takes Revealed

You have to muster up a lot of patience and happy thoughts before attempting to do our family picture.  Oh, also a tripod, remote and fully charged battery!

We made our first mistake before even starting.  The husband and I decided we better give Diesel something to chew on while we take pictures.  He usually does well with something in his mouth.  He was carrying his old tattered soccer ball around.  We gave him a new rawhide bone.  Well, he just ran off from everyone to eat it.  We tried to get it from him, he'd take off running in the opposite direction.  So after chasing him around the yard, I was finally able to get the bone and get him over to the picture area.

And so it begins with the round-up...

Now we just need everyone to face the right direction...

Ummm, Ruby let's get your face outta there.  And ummm, Pepper, you too!

Come on, work with me here!

I knew I shouldn't have eaten that bacon!

What the heck!

What's up with my hind end!  Everyone is looking at it!

There's so much going on here.  Harley attacking Ruby.  Diesel looks like he's bein' choked.  Pepper gettin' Lucky.  And yet we sit there like nothing's going on.  A typical day at our house!

But it all ended well.  This was the last picture taken.  Don't we look like we love each other.  After a task like this, it's amazing we're all still happy!

The stress of the photo shoot did leave me and Ruby looking like this though!

I think she's seriously reconsidering this adoption thing!

LOL thats too funny. I can't imagine it would be too much to ask Santa to teach them to all sit in unison for Christmas? The husband too.
