Happy Thanksgiving!

Word got out that we are having brisket for Thanksgiving instead of turkey!

Got quite a few evil eyes from the cattle!

Hope you all have a great Turkey Day, whether you're eating turkey or not!  I won't judge, unlike my cattle!

And congrats to Linda of Fat Cat Crochet!  She's the winner of the $75 gift certificate.  I put the total number of comments into the random number generator and it spit out lucky #7!  Drop me an email at: crazymbuckers@yahoo.com.

What a cutie!

I love brisket...I remember when the children were very small and we had brisket. I was at a loss to describe the part of beef it was. From that day forward, the children call a brisket, cow flop.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving! Short of the smoker, I don't know any other ways of cooking brisket. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions?! Yes ma'am! I'm cooking mine in the oven. Marinate it overnite. Stick it in the oven early at about 300-325. Cook for about 4 hours. Yummy!

Wife- Thought you might apreceate this.
Totally unrelated but I am thankful because I just discovered 100% WEDGIE FREE UNDERPANTS!! Seriously, been wearing them for 3 days (3 pairs, not the same pair LOL!) they are these boyshort underwear that are made of a material I can only describe as really thick pantyhose. You can't even feel them and they leave no lines cause they don't have a waist band like normal underwear. No wedgies for 3 days it's gotta be a miracle I might just cry.

ROFL now that everyone knows what kind of underwear I am wearing (glad I didn't way what colour?) I just had to share the awesome news. Maybe a wish list for the husband this year? lol I mean he tried the other year.
