Trouble's A Brewin'

There's something strange going on 'round here.

Never seen anything like it before.

Couldn't have done it if I wanted to.

Don't know if it was something to do with the moon or what.

So look how the cows grouped together....

Blacks

Blacks

Whites

Whites

Longhorn spots

Spots

And reds

Reds

It was so odd.  Never noticed them group up like that before.  Either we got discrimination goin' on or maybe some gang activity.  (Crips, Aryan Circle, Mexican Mafia, Bloods)  Can't fool me.  I used to be a gang officer.  As a matter of fact, I think I saw them throwing some signs.

Gonna have to keep an eye on this situation.  We can't be havin' buck-by kickin's or hookin's.  Not gonna tolerate it!

Yep Sydney. We poured out feed and this is how they lined up. Never seen anything like it.

How bizarre! Did you get a group shot of them all that way? That would make a great poster!
p.s. would like to hear more about the gang officer...sounds pretty interesting!

Very strange, wonder what they are cooking up?

Absolutely gang activity---I can call it even miles away.

Looks like you better be on high alert for some shenanigans

Don't know about cows, but horses tend to ostracize odd colored horses - probably a survival mechanism where in the wild a horse that does not blend in will attract the attention of a predator.

Wait until they put the 'colors' on before makin' judgement on 'em. But I will have to say it is odd. New Year's resolutions? colors with same colors only?

Hmmmm...

Ha! If they start stealin' The Husband's bandanas, you know you are in some serious trouble!

My donkeys always sorted themselves out by color. Even if I brought in an established herd or a couple of best buds within a few days they had sorted themselves out by color with the donkeys already here. Weird huh?

That is way too funny! You are a Hoot!

Maybe they just all realized that they're different, and clung to the ones that looked the most like them? Horses will do that you know. In a herd of duns, bays and sorrels, the lone gray horse is oftentimes shunned. Seriously!
