Cover Monster

I was gettin' ready for work the other morning and came across this.

The poor little fella was having a heck of a time. Prior to the video, I had raised the sheets so he could get out. He refused. So I left him.

This cover monster has hogged our bed for 12 years. The husband always complains that he pushes him off the bed at night. A 7 lb. dog can sure take up a lot of room.

How cute - My Rowdy used to climb down the sleeve of my coat. I'd try to get him out and he'd head right back in!

I bet he is quite the bed hog!

CUTE! We used to have a beagle that only slept with us when we went to the beach house. He was a terrible bed partner. He constantly wanted under the covers, then out. He slept sideways and hogged the bed. And he SNORED! But we still lived him and slept with him! LOL

LOL..I'm sure glad we're not the only people that sleep with a cover monster! Mine is my Pug, Oscar,... he always has to be laying on some part of your body! Sometimes he'll be draped across my stomach..snoring. My hips hurt, back aches and I can't breathe. I wake up in a panic.. thinking I'm still pregnant with my 9lb son!

This is too cute! I sent you an email. I'm having issues with my pop account on my laptop so if you don't get it let me know and I'll use a different email address.

That was so cute! I kept wanting to lift those covers and help him outa there. Silly little guy. Makes me feel good to know that somebody else lets their dog sleep in the bed. They're good bed warmers! But...mine weighs a bit more than 7 lbs - talk about a bed hog!!

That made me laugh. At first I thought it was a cat, then realized you had a little dog. Cute!

Animals in the bed? OMG... I thought I was the only one! lol!
Try sleeping with 5 or 6 cats who HATE sleeping together!
And the Old Guy never stays overnight anymore.... I wonder why?
;-)

This was so cute though... the poor little guy was sure battlin' there for a while!!

LOL!
Savanah does the same thing but picture this:

You are sleeping on a cool morning, all curled up in bed and warm. The dog is next to you on her side, all four legs stretched out. Suddenly dog hears a pin drop 3 blocks away, flies upright barking her bloody head off, takes off the bed at a run and in one fell swoop takes every sheet and blanket right off you. Goodbye cozy mornings.

Great video, aren't they characters sometimes? My black lab snores and drives my husband up the wall, because he has to sleep up stairs with us or he barks all night long. He has woken my husband a couple of times with his snoring.

Oh my! You have a covers monster too? I thought these were indigenous to my house only. Ours, though, weights about 30 lbs (Jack Russell/Pointer mix) and growls. scarwy.

I so needed a good laugh! Glad I stopped by and you gave me one! That video is too funny! Reminds me of my Maine Coon cat...13 pounds..does the same thing, and often pushes us out of his space on the bed...considering he is almost as long as I am tall...makes for a difficult night sometimes! LOL FUNNY! Hey about the manual labor thing and doggie butt kisses....right there with you! I feel your pain! LOL What is it about cow patties that are so good to dogs?

I know what your hubby means about being pushed off the bed. With two cats on my bed, I could never get a good night's sleep! I finally had to shut my door and make them sleep in their own beds at night!
