Not really something to look forward to! BUT we did have a cold front last Saturday! Our 100 degree record setting streak ended with a day in the 90s! I never knew 90 degrees could feel so good.
We've been moving cattle around. Stubby was brought home. He's penned up with a couple yearling bulls. I get to go out every evening and feed them. Probably the highlight of my day cause I love my Stubby so! They wait patiently for me...
Tanks are drying up all around us too. Luckily, both at the house and lease, we still have water. The one at the house has dropped 20 feet or so. Still enough water for Diesel to swim though!
And Penelope is growing like a bad weed, as you can tell from the picture!! She and Diesel are best buds. And torment each other daily!
Other than that, nothing much going on. Just trying to stay cool. Hope all is well with y'all!

My goodness! I was complaining about the heat here today, nowhere near ,where you are at!!!! Praying for rain for you
Man, that is miserable. Having to feed is crummy too. Hope the weather breaks soon- and as always if I could send you some of our weather I would...
60 degrees and foggy at the coast today...
We definitely, definitely need some rain.
May it be so, and soon.
I know you are is dire straits...sending raining hopes and cooler temps to you.
We have been hot and dry but thankfully, it has dropped below a hundred and we are getting bits of rain now and then.
Ugh, that forecast just sucks!
Hoping for rain for you, ASAP!
Even though it is late, Happy Anniversary, and I have to tell you that I really feel for you all down in that heat and no rain! I see in the news where the ranchers are having to sell their cattle and that really breaks my heart for them!
That is miserable! Makes me appreciate the weather here, and our lush pasture. Hope you do get the rain, and that all goes well bringing the cows home.
I guess this is what we get for all saying "what Global Warming"... we've dropped some but we're still way above normal temps too. I hope it gets better!
Wow, that is some kinda of weather report! Insane! I've only been in 104 degree weather once and I didn't know it at the time, I just knew I couldn't function (we were getting back from a trail ride) I was drained, cranky, red-faced, and exhausted! I'm glad ya'll have water and I hope rain is on it's way soon!
