Giving Thanks

Yep, that's what I'm doing.  I'm giving thanks.  And do you know who I'm giving thanks to???  Hmmm, do ya?  Well, that would be y'all!  My very faithful blogger buddies!  I want to thank y'all for always being there thru the good and the bad.  I just heart you guys!

So my way of giving thanks is by having a giveaway.  Maybe you can use it to buy Christmas presents.  Or maybe you could treat yourself to something.  CSN stores has provided me with a $75 gift certificate (does not include shipping costs) to their online stores.  Maybe you need a drop leaf table for the holidays?  Well, guess where you can get one....yep, CSN!

I thought about what I would get with the gift certificate.  I thought maybe a jacket for Lucky cause his teeth chatters when he's cold.

Or Pepper a bag of squeaker balls.  I buy them for $1 at Tractor Supply.  She kills them in about 2 minutes.

Or Diesel a new soccer ball.  He LOVES to play soccer.  And he's killed the last two balls.  We have a jolly ball but it's so hard it hurts my foot to kick it.

Or I would get Ruby a super sassy blinged out collar cause she's worth it!

Of course, Harley would need his own cedar bed!

I think I spent WAY over $75!  But the kiddos are worth it!  I bet you can find something to spend that money on too!

To enter, leave me a comment on what you're thankful for.  Deadline for entering is Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at 7pm Central Time.  Then head over to CSN and check out what you'll spend that free money on!

Good luck!!

I am thankful for so many things, but today I was thankful for sledding with my son and my aussie dog. I haven't laughed so hard in a long, long time! That dog! He knocked my son off his sled and stole it, then on another run he hitched a ride on back only to topple over backward and tumble down the hill. We were laughing so hard I'm sure the whole countryside heard us!

Love your blog by the way. I don't comment often but I always read. Your new dog is adorable! Hope she's settling in well.

So many blessings to be thankful for! I'm thankful for my best friend who also happens to be my husband. Our beautiful daughter who is strong and independent and sensitive as well. Our land and the fact that we live in America, with all our problems it's still the best place to live. Good food, good friends and amazing blog buddies. Most of all Salvation, without God I couldn't make it through a minute!

God Bless you Wife and Husband! Hope your Thanksgiving is a great one!

this sounds so awful but I'm thankful for my father's death. I know that sounds terrible!....I'll put it this way: Of course I wish he didn't pass, but the event has brought me and my sister back together. Our strained family relationships had gone different directions with battles of words, feelings and stubborness on both our parts. My sister and I are now best friends. She has given me the gift of riding again and I have given her the gift of a riding partner (as well as the beautiful palomino Tenn. walker I bought her because I "stole" her Appy from her ;)
