More Naughty Boys

We seem to have plenty of naughty boys around here.  This time it's not Diesel.  Now that's just amazing!  But I noticed the other day (while chasing Itty Bitty) that a stretch of fence on the bull pen was pushed way down.  I attempted to pull it back up and fix it best I could.  Then of course, forgot about it.

Then a few days later I spotted Stubby doing this...

He acts like a pro, huh?

Just slip your head right in here, push down.  I'll get to that grass down there.

Tadpole decided to cash in on Stubby's handy work.

Look how low that fence is!  I'm surprised we didn't have bulls out.

I worked on it again that evening.  Told the husband about it that night when he got home.  He repaired it better the next morning.  Bulls are so destructive.  I guess the grass is always greener on the other side.

I'm sure fond of my boys.  I gave them treats even though they were being naughty.  Just couldn't resist 'em.

They can be so destructive, but are so worth it! Beautiful "babies" you have there.

It's so funny to see them all in the pasture together just standing there at the fence waiting for Mama to bring them something yummy to eat!

My horses have been trying that lately too...the green grass syndrome has hit everywhere.

Handsome gentlemen!

Page and barbed wire is an open invitation for eating whats on the other side. One zap of an electric wire with our fence charger (that does have a cow on fire on it) and they won't touch the thing. Kept all our cows in and keeps our horses in with just one wire hot.

I bet they can be tough on fencing - those big boys! Our horses are in one strand - electric strand that is and hopefully it is pumping juice thru - we need to make our rounds to check it...they learn to respect it so could almost have it off and they would still stay in... I like those bull pictures..those naughty boys!

Caught in the act!! You should try hanging a sign on the fence that says "Smile You're On Camera" or "Premises Under Surveillance." ;)

Your post reminds me of what I need to do... fix fence. Bulls are unbelievable in their destructive abilities. The lil guy has torn ours up. I need to stretch a section with the truck, it's so beat up.
Cute lil buggers though, I can see why you love them :)

I love it when you catch them doing something. It seems like so many times you're left going "WTF? HOW in the WORLD did they DO THIS?"

Dang they're hard on fencin'...I guess I'd have thought you'd have 5 strands of barbed wire. I'm sure the treats will satisfy them for a while ;~)
