I Got Yelled At!

Why? Because of this...

Ummm, I was taking pictures of him welding. He told me that I knew better than to be looking at him welding. He said I should have been looking at this...

his feet or this..

my feet. But really, look at my feet, UGH! Can someone say pedicure please!!

But I did ensure Zena didn't look at the husband welding!

A mother puts her children's health before her own. Oh, and her photography!

Tell him to get you your own welding helmet...Then you can still take pictures! And he won't have to yell or worry...

Paintsmh has the right idea, always the children come first, He,He, and don't feel bad your feet look 100% better than mine even if I did have a pedicure!!

Sorry, but I'll have to agree with the husband on this one. My husband grew up in his Dad's shop welding and that was one of the first things he taught me when we met...never look!

Never look. Wear a full face mask and just not those little goggles if you are welding in a closed garage as my dumba$$ ex found out with a serious face burn. I laughed, he cried.
Love those sandals. OP makes the most comfy and cheap flip flops I need a new pair though. I tripped over a cord in the garage in them the other day and ripped them right apart and almost did a face plant on the bench.

Girl...get yourself to a farrier! LOL! I always say that getting our toes done is the one thing me and my horse have in common. Hubby sprang for a pedi for me just the other day and I was so very thankful!

I hope you don't have contacts!! If I accidentedly look at a welder my eyes are irritated for a couple of days. An engineer I worked with said something about how contacts keep the flash in your eye for a while. Or something.

Anyway. IT SUCKS.

Wow, that reminds me, I need a pedi BAD. Going to the beach this weekend, wearing cute shoes !

I was married to a welder a hundred years ago, he sure wasn't as cute as yours !

My kids always get yelled at for that. My four year old actually burnt his eyes watching his daddy weld. It was a horrible night. And then we took him to the eye dr. and he said he had pink eye. I told the dr. that it was not pink eye and to look again. He gave us some eye drops and sent us a huge bill. Why do dr.s do that? Think they know it all with out really looking at the patient?? I am glad you didn't burn your eyes!! It hurts!!!

My daddy used to yell me at me too when I was a kid, but it was so cool, the sparks and pretty bright light! Kind of like a bug, drawn to the blue light...
