Notice the husband doing a dance in the background. Goofball!
This morning we went to check the cattle at the lease place. I hadn't been there in awhile. The husband hadn't been there in about a week. Started calling the cattle up and realized about HALF of them were NOT there. Finally found them in the neighbor's pasture! So the husband will be working on the fence tomorrow. He's so excited.
Itty Bitty is still uber small! The calf she is standing next to is about 1 1/2 months younger than her and a runt himself. She's still smaller though.
I asked her if she wanted to come and live in my yard. She didn't seem to excited about the idea. I thought it was an excellent plan. But she's pretty stand offish.
Unlike these...
They wanted personal attention.
After all the slobbers, I made them clean my hands off.
What a slimy mess!

I'm like totally jealous of your fence!!!
Gorgeous fence. And cow slobber, horse slobber and dog slobber... makes you feel loved, doesn't it.
Helen
I'll tell ya, I just don't think I could have stood on the ground with all those bovine around me. I don't mind them when I am on my horse but I get the heebeejeebee's when I'm on my own feet.
I love that picture of itty bitty, she has wonderful eye lashes.
The fence turned out fabulous. No wonder her did a little dance, that's hard work.
I think Itty Bitty should live in the yard! Of course, we have 2 quarters, 1 appy, and a Belgian living in ours. LOL
Color me impressed. I haven't accomplished a thing since it got hot out, except washing my show cow. But that cools her and me down!
And Itty Bitty is sooo cute. Put some dairy to her and she'd fit right in with my Jerseys! Size is probably just about right too!
Nice fence , are you getting a pet buffalo? lol sure looks like it will hold whatever you get in!
Now that is some fence! That should hold just about anything with legs!!!
If that don't hold 'em, you better not own 'em! Give the Husband a pat on the back from me! (LOL- my word verification is sweat- and I bet it took a lot to get that fence done!)
Wow, I can see what a promise of a little bit of whippings can do for a man! Nice fence! Looks like your cows missed you!
Love that fence! It would even look good where I live--in the Seattle suburbs!
Great looking fence.. I enjoyed it's progress! Yes and even the whip photos..you go girl! Itty Bitty is my favorite..she photographs so well too! :)
Hey that fence is looking great!!! I hope it's done soon!! Nothing like the feel of a cow's tongue huh LOL!!
